The documentary reports on the recent CFA case of Q & Tse Henry Edward v Commissioner of Registration regarding the policy requiring transgender persons to undergo full sexual reassignment surgery (SRS) as a necessary condition for altering the gender markers on their HKID cards and the subsequent impact on the Transgender community in Hong Kong.
